Gentle Yoga – Mondays | 10:00 a.m.
Join Emmi Scott for a 60-min gentle yoga class. You will use a chair to support a gentle flow through yoga poses and work on improving strength, balance, and flexibility while focusing on breath. This class is perfect for those who are new to yoga, for students with limited mobility, or for those who want to take a gentler approach to their yoga practice. Cost: $5 per class

Childcare is available. Please make your reservation for childcare by NOON on Friday, 4/12 by contacting the church office.
Crochet & Knitting Group Saturday, April 20th | 10:00 a.m.
Please join us if you have any interest in working with yarn. All skill levels are welcome! There’s no need to invest in any supplies, we have ample amounts of yarn, hooks and needles to get you going. The yarn you use is yours to keep but the crochet hooks & knitting needles are for borrowing (or purchase) only.
We hope to see you Saturday, April 20th from 10:00 am – Noon. Come and go as you please. No need to bring yarn or tools, we’ve got supplies to get you started.
